New Rich Media Tool Created by Sudden Industries Used as an Interactive Contest Driver and Registration Device Among Top Tier Marketing Decision Makers

New York, NY - December 10, 2002 - At the beginning of this week’s iMedia Buyers Summit in Keystone Colorado, iMedia Communications and Sudden Industries launched an entertaining interactive contest called "Roll Your Own" to promote the iMedia’s next Summit scheduled in February 2003.

Using Sudden Industries’ sophisticated new Rich Media tool called Roll Your Own, users experience a past iMedia Brand Summit held in Deer Valley, Utah by gaining access to footage, photos and music from the event. Participants can then produce their own video, selecting various graphics and music with the opportunity to rate each one.

The participant who produces the best video as judged by iMedia subscribers will win a free pass to the next iMedia Brand Summit slated for February 2002 in Coconut Point, Florida. The entertainment-based promotion is targeted at top-tier Brand Managers involved with Interactive marketing.

The Roll Your Own tool lets users create personalized entertainment online, share in a fan-based community and gives users the ability to combine audio, stills, animation and text to create online music videos, movie and TV trailers, commercials, scrapbooks and stories. The campaign begins today and will run for four weeks, supported with banner advertising, Rich Media Email and viral components posted on the iMedia Connection site. The campaign, produced by Underscore Marketing pokes fun at the popularity and celebrity nature of movies, the entertainment business and the truly American nature of Hollywood’s awards culture.
