UNDERSCORE MARKETING TO SUPPORT TACODA SYSTEMS CLIENTS IN DEVELOPING AUDIENCE MANAGEMENT AND ADVERTISING PROGRAMS

New York, NY - March 26, 2003 - Tacoda Systems, an enterprise software company that helps online publishers grow their advertising and transactional revenues by profiling and targeting the most valuable segments of their audiences, today announced that it has partnered with Underscore Marketing LLC to help Tacoda clients maximize the value of its Audience Management System (AMS).

Founded by Tim McHale and Tom Hespos, Underscore Marketing is the world's first integrated media agency focusing on cross-platform communications, specializes in full-service online and offline media planning, buying and consulting, marketing analysis and publishing, and event marketing.

AMS helps web publishers improve the effectiveness of advertising, e commerce and marketing messages by integrating and aggregating user data to create comprehensive profiles of site visitors. Profiles can then be grouped together into audience segments so that marketers can target precisely and with great efficiency. Profiles can be regrouped to meet the specific targeting needs of marketers.
